Book Wars is an incredible book competition and an interesting book discussion club. Book Wars team members read 12 books between September-March. We compete against three other MCPS middle schools in the spring, and meet twice a month during lunch to discuss the books we've read. There are 3 teams, one for each grade level. In Book Wars, we love reading great books! There will be a Book Wars interest meeting for students on Thursday, September 11th in the Library Media Center during grade-level lunches. Please come to the meeting if you are interested in being on one of our Book Wars teams this year!
